Whew! I haven't found it yet, broken or not.

Yep, there seems to be a few clues that don't lead anywhere.
I haven't stumbled onto any clue pages yet, just a bunch of 404s

Yeah, I thought I knew, but I didn't succeed at first and I gave up. I guess got the correct person, but since I didn't persist I don't know for sure.

I'm sure you have the correct person . I tried apologizing in a way I never tried before, and that seemed to work. I think other people tried that way earlier, but I don't know whether it, umm, elicited a response at that time. It's obvious after you've done it

ok so I have been thinking for quite a while that the module was probably this. But I can't work out what to do with it :/ I guess "it can't find it" is the clue but it isn't clicking yet
