I have tried to look at the letters because it's in the air. However, I have made no progress and would like a hint.

Isn't that about level 6 instead of 7?

However, the letters aren't what they seem.

Argh. Okay, I've decoded the first level of the message and obtained the hint for the next level. Using the same technique, I tried to decode the hint so I could plug in the URL and proceed, but there were non-printable characters in my "decoded" version of the hint. I tried just taking the printable characters, quoting the whole works and a few other things, but nothing is working. I feel like I'm missing something painfully obvious here -- any suggestions?

Got Stuck...

I'm stuck on this one....

There are no tips. Should I use some external module? Standard python does not have image processing modules.

And if I should use an external module, what in the hell would I do with the image?

i have been looking at the letters for hours, but no idea what to do :( no source, 2 weird hints.. can somebody help me a bit?

Then you did something wrong. I never saw any non-printable characters when I did it.
