Level 12

I think this is a repeat of Level 11. Except that the pattern of meaningful pixels is completely different, and I can't figure out what it is.

Any hints?

I typed in a URL and it said "wow! you are a genius!". Is that a hint, or sarcasm?

I did that, and saw a noteworthy repeating pattern in the data, but I still can't figure out what to do with it.

following the instructions, I downloaded a file

the length was an odd number

I can think of 4 ways to do it (insort, outsort, foward, back):

ABCDE -> ACEBD
ABCDE -> BDACE
ABCDE -> ADBEC
ABCDE -> CADBE

not a jpg in the bunch
