Durn it, I just don't see it. So level 12 contains hints as to whom to phone? I am going to need another hint here; should I dissect evil1.jpg, for example? Or should I focus on digits and alphanumerics on phone keyboards..

(Just for the record, I am pondering the pattern of dark and light stripes in the evil1.jpg image but have yet to have a clue as to how to make something of *that*)

Remember how you found the solution to level 12...

I do remember, I just can't seem to find anything to apply the various techniques used in Level 12 to anything else found in either level 12 or this level. I manipulated URLs, played 'solitair' on the files, tried to second-guess what word or code you have to send to the phone, etc.

I am pretty much convinced that the one parameter you send to the phone will have be gleaned from somewhere else, just can't find it yet.

It's more thinking than finding that you need to do.

Me, I tried all kinds of evil until I ran completely out of ideas. Out of dispair I called Google to the rescue, and lo and behold it gave me a nice useful hint.
