I have found the wiggle and got the 133 dots,I tried to draw a image from the data,but got nothing from the image,any help?

It seems that the members who have passed the level almost not came back! :oops:

For people that are still stuck after reading the previous hints it might be good to go out and Walk a Few Blocks before you go to the next level.
