Any hints?

I'm in the process myself, so the only hints (that might be incorrect!) are the following:

- what is the typical difference between gifs and jpegs (apart from animation?)
- my lucky number seems to be 195

More (possibly confusing) hints, since I still didn't solve it:

Ah, got it too, after I had studied the image in a bit more detail and had tried a few other options. I just had to get it straight.
