I'm sorry, your attempt at a hint, though appreciated, doesn't make any sense to me.

Please, allow me to recap - again - where I am with this particular challenge:
I began by acquiring several .JPG files (one of which was misnamed) and a .GIF file. In following a clue from one of the files in the sequence, I acquired this binary file which appears to need "unshuffling."

As I am not a programmer by trade, or even by hobby to speak of, I do not know where to go from here. I have an idea of what needs to happen with this binary "shuffled" file, but I do not know how to go about that process, in Python or otherwise.

I have tried to remain as cryptic as possible, so if there are any spoilers in this message, I apologize and invite moderators to edit/censor it as they see fit.

Let there be much celebration! After a great deal of head-pounding on various Python resources on the web, I finally solved it and got the file unshuffled!

I feel like an idiot because everyone seems to have gotten to the hidden file but me. I tried changing the url to every possible combination of evil, shuffling, dealing, etc . jpg,zip, html . Am I missing something? I feel like i'm retarded

What is the location of the image on the page of level 12? Don't you see something that other images don't have? (Take a good look at the name)
