Hint 1: Think twice !!

I think i solved the riddle, at least i can read the text. But when i apply to the url it gives me 404.
I tried several combinations thinking maybe the cut & paste is chopping some char, but taking the dots or putting the ' didn't work.

How can i get some help without revealing too much? I think it wouldn't be nice if i post the code i used.

Could be my problem and ISO/UTF8 issue? I don't think so since the alfabet used doesn't contain any weird chars.

"lmu ynnjw ml rfc spj." is the important part to think about.
I imagine that the puzzler realized it would be pointless to translate the text twice. I think your actually supposed to do something to the URL not the text.
Other then that i have no idea, and could use some other sort of hint.

I did searchs on parts of the message and i get where to put it, but I can't seem to figure out what the it is. all I need is a small hint.

What a stupid hint. The "hint" is nothing but jibberish and either tells you to remap all O's to Q's, or that the middle character between O and Q is P.

i'm kinda new to this...so i'm not even clear on how to use chr() n ord()..can some one help explain?or m i in the wrong forum?

The only mention of chr() and ord() I can find in the python documentation is here: http://docs.python.org/ref/types.html

Just search for chr() and read that paragraph. That should help you.

I must say, the documentation on Python can't be helping it popularity. Compared to PHP's documentation, I might be better off with google and trial and error.
