Question 2 - what to enter into the URL once you have the cl

I'm a Newbie - For qUESTION 2 I deciphered the text I wass hoping to get some help with what exactly to type in the URL - but what do i enter in the URL ? aM I EXPECTED TO escape the spaces ?

No need to decipher the text in clue #2

Level 2 is quite tricky

As you solve the first few problems you need to change prefilx of the html file name.
so once you decode the text then you apply your code to the first prefix of the html file. That is xxx.html where xxx is the prefix.
I have only solved the first two problems. I will post another comment after I solve the third.
