I had some issues in the beginning but reading all the hints definitely helps. It is important to read up on regex and how to use it. re.findall helps.

A few more hints for anyone who has read this far:

1. Candles have nothing whatsoever to do with it.

2. The answwer is clear once you have it. You don't need to modify the URL with random strings of letters.

3. If you are still getting far too many matches, remember that four is not three.

I have read all the comments and learned enough (I think) about the "re" module (and, of course, recular expressions). But I don't know where to search the pattern

EDIT: Ok, finally I understood it xD

I think the best hint i have after solving this puzzle is this there is MORE than one letter that satisfies the boundaries set forth by the hint. There are 10 letters that are correct. You have to find them all. And then figure out what to do with it. I would suggest using the function findall() instead of search(). Had i used findall() first, i would not have wasted half an hour on this problem.
