Oh, this one is very cool, once I worked out how to deal with 133 of them instead of just 1, I saw the wiggling. Now I just need to do something with it. The hints seem just right.
Well, I could see some wiggling after changing just one byte, but now , I am stuck! I have read the format specification and cut the file into minimal pieces, but whatever way I arrange them, I don't see anything pointing to a new url...
I have a way to produce something looking more or less like a sequence of 19 joystick manipulations, but no idea how to interpret it.
Am I missing something obvious ?

Well, it was kinda funny... I was completely stumped on 21 at first, and then I managed to make it work. I spent at least a week mulling the first step, and yet it only took me 10 seconds to realize what l__s meant.
This time I was thrown off by one of Privoxy's filters to begin with. I wrote a script to 'turn up the contrast' on the image, so to speak, but nothing sticks out for me; I still have no idea what is going on here.
